Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be used to monitor success of the transition management plan. KPIs will be reported on throughout the change management plan and will include:
*Gauge the morale at THE company. This will be a part of our survey process. Once the change initiative begins, we will continue to periodically survey the company morale in order to measure the internal success of the initiative.
*Tracking sales and revenue as the change is occuring in the Products department. We expect that THE company will see an increase in market share and revenue as they better connect with their customers.
*Finally, we will periodically poll customer perception of the products and service of THE company to gauge the customer-facing impact of the initiative.
