As the war grows worse, strikes appear across Vesperia. Many argue against continued war and conscription and the strikes are made worse by the pre-war South Vesperian attitudes towards the US, which were fairly good.

The worst of the strikes are put down by the end on September, but not before Halifax falls to the US forces; resulting in a massive demoralizing effect on Vesperia.
