I never enjoyed the subject of English. It was convoluted, and I didn't understand why I needed to be good at writing stories and "show not tell". Mrs. Achiron's English Class changed all of that, and so far she is the only English teacher I've ever had that was actually able to make me enjoy the subject of English.
