Описание:

An agreement between Japan, Nazi Germany, and Italy. This pact stated the three countries intentions in their regions. It created a military alliance between the countries; which was not outlined in the Anti-Comintern pact that bonded them. The pact did not include that the members would have to actually declare war on attacking or invading countries; only required help. The members also agreed that none of them would align with the U.S.
