Many online stores offer "chats" with the store to help customers figure out sizing.
1. This is something that I think is always staying pretty much the same. The answers are usually all very generic, unless you ask enough questions to where you actually talk to a real person. Many of the answers you get when using an online stores "chat" is from a computer.
2. I think both me and the clothing store benefit from the responses I get from the "chat." For example, if I get helpful answers I feel like I would be more likely to purchase, which would benefit the store.
3. I think the decision to purchase will effect me because it will be my own money that I am spending, and if when I get the clothes I don't like them or they don't fit correctly it will be hurting the brand in my eyes.
