1. This is something that I think changes in some ways often and in other ways does not change at all. This is something that I do every night before class, but that time that I set it for changes daily depending on what I have to do the next day.
2. I think the decision to set an alarm benefits the individual because waking up to do things you have to do are beneficial to the individual only.
3. I think this could greatly impact a persons well being because if someone does not set an alarm and oversleeps they could miss an exam or work and have to face the repercussions of that.
