Eddy quickly became the face and unofficial leader of the group due to his magnetic personality and obsessive drive to find any way to contact or resurrect his dead wife. (Firmly believes it is possible and he has the will to find out).

Eddy obsessively researches Bowen’s notes, attempting to find a way to contact or bring back his dead wife. He believes there are answers hidden in them.

Eddy begins studying Egyptian Hieroglyphs as well as old Latin and Greek languages.

Eddy made many contacts with the occult underworld of Boston. (no real relations with anyone in the mythos know.)

Eddy led the chapel in many esoteric studies.
