The Vietnamese War started November 1st, 1955 and lasted for a long time that was a bloody war between the Northern Vietnamese communist regime, the Southern communists known as the Vietcong and the South Koreans and their main ally the United States. The war was fought brutally through guerilla warfare, napalm, and air strikes between the two sides. The war ended on April 30th, 1975 when Northern Vietnamese forces took control of Southern Vietnam and President Nixon withdrew American troops out of Vietnam because of the opposition in American that was dividing everyone over the war.
