The attack on Pearl Harbor was a surprise military attack by the Japanese Navy Air Service on the US naval base in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii on December 7th, 1941. The attack on Pearl Harbor led to the United States entry into World War 2. A total of 2,335 Americans were killed and another 1,143 were injured.
