8 янв 1992 г. - Chicoine v. Chicoine (1992) is decided, in which the state questions the lesbian mother's fitness to raise children because of her lesbianism. The state says she has "harmed these children forever" and accuses her of "teach[ing] them to be homosexuals." The court cites Leviticus 18:22 and takes away the mother's visitation rights.
