Mike Fahey lived a great life until he let gaming take over. He became hooked on "everquest" a game his roommate had purchased for him after he had been dumped by his girlfriend. Fahey began playing every day whenever he wasn't asleep or working. His addiction became a distraction and soon was all he could focus on. After being wrapped up in his game for so long he soon lost his car because of how unaware he became of the dues. Mike later found himself looking up game tactics and talking to other players of everquest throughout his work day. His boss and coworkers noticed his lack of work and focus and he then lost his job. Mike found himself without a car and a job because of his addiction and strongly relate/agrees that video game addiction is real and a serious problem.
