2. China: Alipay Health Code assigns color-coded passes (green, yellow, red) determining mobility
3. Israel & South Korea: use of intelligence networks and public identification of infected individuals
4. U.S. & U.K.: smartphone tracking, “immunity passport” discussions, and partnerships with firms like Palantir
