1. McKinley Tariff Act: This reform raised taxes on al imports, this was helpful to make it more expensive so they made more money. It also annoyed citizens that had to pay more.
2. Sherman Silver Purchase act: This reform had the government purchase 4.5 million ounces of silver every month. There was a lot of demand for silver at the time so they had to go get a lot all the time to MEET those demands. The price of it went down later down.
3. Sherman Antitrust act: This reform restricted trades more, hence the title "antitrust". It also prevented the artificial raising of prices. Also helped to stop people who might harm the competition. This was a helpful reform because of the fact that they needed to get the prices more cemented and not fluctuate.
