The Dursley's forgot Harry's birthday and invited a co-worker of Vernon's over, leading to Harry and Gemma being locked in their room.
Harry and Gemma find out about Dobby, who dumps a cake on Vernon's coworker's wife's head. This leads to the two receiving a warning letter from the ministry.
Harry and Gemma are punished by being locked in their room with bars on their window.
