The Zhou Dynasty had been in a war between the Shang Dynasty, and the Shang Dynasty had the Mandate Of Heaven due to the gods having them in favor. The Zhou Dynasty wins this fight and the gods see the Zhou Dynasty. The Zhou Dynasty is now in favor of the Mandate Of Heaven.
