Tom Dickey submits an amendment to his previous omnibus motion in PA court, LM’s attorney has filed a motion to suppress DNA evidence that police lifted from a drink they gave him at the station. The motion also seeks to drop all charges as PA failed to present enough evidence to actually move forward with the case. Also requests to suppress the alleged “manifesto” as it was actually just LM’s personal writings and police gave it the name “manifesto,” as well as LM’s refusal to appear virtually.
