The Coven and Order meet in Riverbend to finally end hostilities. Within the Riverbend Institute an alliance of the free cities on the continent is formed in order to counter the Aztec threat. Midway through the meeting, Isteotl arrives and decimates the facility killing many diplomats and wounding the factional leaders.
