Adam Smith published 'The Wealth of Nations'
On March 9th, 1766, "An Inquiry into the Nature and Causes of the Wealth of Nations" was published by Adam Smith. A.S was a Scottish philosopher by trade . He conveyed a point that wealth was built up of gold and silver and that countries should advance exports and avoid imports to boost this use of wealth. Smith wanted to convey that this was a flow of goods and services.
in 1764, the 'Spinning Jenny' was invented by James Hargreaves in Stanhill, Oswaldtwistle, Lancashire in England. It is a multi-spindle spinning frame that was a key element of weaving during the Industrial Revolution. This contraption allowed a short amount of work that was used to create cloth. This widenend to 120 as technology back then progressed.

14 Luddites hanged in Manchester
On January 16th, 1813, fourteen Luddites were sentenced to death due to the attack on Mr.Cartwright’s Mill at Rawfolds and of burglaries four days before they were hanged at York Castle. It was decided to hang them in two groups of seven.An anecdote asked Baron Thompson if they were supposed to be hung separately and he replied with , "Well no, sir, I consider they would hang more comfortably in two."
Samuel Morse invented the 'Telegraph'
Samuel Morse proved that signals could be passed through wires. He used pulses of current to divert movement called 'electromagnet' which moved a marker to write down codes on striped pieces of paper. This drove to the invention of Morse Code. It was used by transmitting and receiving messages over long distances.
Motor Car
in 1885, Karl Benz invented the first motor car to generate on is own power and called it "Benz Patent Motorwagen". It was also the first automobile to run on engine power, which left everybody wanting to own one of the first self-run form of transportation.
