On March 9th, 1766, "An Inquiry into the Nature and Causes of the Wealth of Nations" was published by Adam Smith. A.S was a Scottish philosopher by trade. He conveyed a point that wealth was built up of gold and silver and that countries should advance exports and avoid imports to boost this use of wealth. Smith wanted to convey that this was a flow of goods and services.
