The tablet VAT 4956 is well known25. It is an astronomical diary that records 13 lunar observations, and 15 planetary observations which details the position of the moon and the planets regarding certain stars and constellations (Sachs, Hunger: 1988, n° -567), indicating the days and the months throughout the year 37 of the reign of Nebuchadnezzar II until the beginning of his year 38.
