Around this time a separate universe exists, with different laws of physics and space and time. Asgard is an eternal kingdom at the center of it all, with Odin as the Soul-Father God-King. Odin has 4 children: Valkyrie - Goddess of Space, Loki - God of Time, Thor - God of Power, and Hela - Goddess of Minds. The five have immense power alone, but when combined they form Reality. These 6 elements are what governs this universe. As Odin grows old, Hela sees this as an opportunity to take Odin's Throne for herself, and then take control of the 6 elements. In an attempt on Odin's life, she instead corrupts his body and mind, turning him into Thanos, and putting him into a near-eternal sleep. Odin's other three children confront Hela in a massive battle. She takes the other three elements, killing Valkyrie and disfiguring Loki, and attempts to infuse herself with them, but she is overwhelmed by the power, and her body along with their universe are destroyed, replaced with the new universe and 6 infinity stones governing reality, sent hurdling across the new universe. Only the center of Asgard and 8 nearby realms are left intact as a planet and 8 moons, and Thanos is sent drifting into space. Thor and Loki rule Asgard, but soon later Loki leaves to find Thanos and serve him, as he knows his father is still there.
