During the 50’s the economy was beginning to boom again, resulting in newer styles of fashion. There had been an increase in the production of quality fabrics, resulting in leather jackets and the ‘biker/rebel’ theme clothing. Women wearing all white or all black gloves was popular during this time period. Conformity was also significant at this time, regular business attire and fedora hats returned during the 50’s.
