While the date of his birth is not given, we know that he was born during the eight years they journeyed in the wilderness. He was also younger than Jacob.

Here I place his birth in the year 593, two years after Jacob.
However, little else is known of his life. We do know he went with Nephi when they fled from Laman and Lemuel, and that he was later ordained a priest by Nephi. But nothing else is known.
His death is an estimation based solely on personal impressions.
So, I place his death in 531, at the age of 62.
