As Perisa going though northren Greece and Most northern city states surrender without a fight, Athens and Sparta were argunig whether to meeting Perisa Face to Face or to stay in southeren Greece and wait for persia to come to them, They used Athens idea (it was to meeting Perisa Face to Face) most of the navy form perisa was damage/sunk from storms so they had to fiight with what they had left. Near the End a small group of 300 Spatran Soldirs stayed back and fought the rest of the Perisans. UNfoughtaly all of the 300 spartans died including the king of sparta, King Leondias . Even though it was a persian win, Greece will always remeber the brave 300 soldiers.
