Responsible for the commissioning, editing and implementation of all editorial
decisions relating to Jozi Weekly, a weekly entertainment newspaper distributing 50
000 copies a week to more than 2 500 stores and through 980 street vendors.

Accomplishments:
● The weekly production of the paper, supervising of a team comprised of two
designers, an assistant editor, listings editor and sub editor; as well as a team
of freelance contributors and photographers.
● writing and commissioning copy and photography,
● implementing designs during layout, sub editing, photo editing, page design
● liaising with all stakeholders, including shareholders, public relations,
advertising, marketing, and the media.
