This was my first time outside of the United States. I went for 3 months, and I learned a lot about culture and differences between the United States and China. At first, I was extremely enthralled by the differences. It was exciting to see other ways people lived. Some of the time, though, I found myself annoyed that the Chinese did things certain ways. I learned that the way Americans do things is not better. Instead, it's just different. And that's ok.
