Homo Erectus (1 gen 1797982 anni a. C. – 1 gen 197982 anni a. C.)

Descrizione:

1. They were the first to have the ability to stand completely upright and the first to hunt.
2. Homo Erectus was the first hominid group to start to migrate out of Africa.
3. They were the first to, not only use fire, but create it.
4. Homo Erectus started using animal leathers towrap around their bodies to stay warm.
From the shape of the tool, I can infer that it was made to fit the head of a spear.
The map below of the world is a diagram of humans' migration out of Africa. As I stated, Homo Erectus was the first hominid group to leave Africa. Archaeologists suggest that they must have gone out of Africa following large game animals, and had no idea they were moving continents.
There is another map below of just Africa. It is there because Homo Erectus was found not in one specific place in Africa, but basically everywhere there, and into Europe a little.
