On Sept 17, 2025, the Los Angeles Police Department executed a search warrant at that residence as part of a homicide investigation.

Shortly after the search, d4vd and his team moved out of the home.

The house had previously been equipped with security cameras at entries and the street, installed by the homeowner before the lease.

Investigators reportedly found “heavy-duty tools and machinery” at the property—not typical for such a home, raising additional questions.

None of the residents of the property have been publicly named as suspects in the investigation (as of the latest reporting)
