字承恪，吴兴郡长城县（今浙江长兴）人，南陈宗室大臣，陈后主陈叔宝五子，母龚贵嫔。
至德元年（583年），封南海郡王，陈后主时期任南徐州刺史等职，南陈灭亡，迁入关中，大业时期任涿县县令。
