字承懿，吴兴郡长城县（今浙江长兴）人，南陈宗室大臣，陈后主陈叔宝三子。
至德元年（583年），封永嘉郡王，陈后主时期历任南徐州刺史、江州刺史等职，隋朝灭陈，入隋在大业时期任襄武县令。
