字裕之，雍丘人，著名北宋御史中丞。
少年时为孤儿，勤奋学习。进士出身，宋仁宗时官至右谏议大夫，权御史中丞。相传他任安州知州时，管园子的小吏见有条大蛇垂在阑干上，走近仔细看，原来是鱼周询喝醉了酒在那里小睡。
