Unlike World War I, the beginnings of World War II was deliberate and planned. Also unlike WW1, war was not as welcomed worldwide. WW1 contained trench warfare, while WW2 was using blitzkrieg, or lighting war. Technology such as infantry, tanks, airpower

World War II in Europe began with the Nazi party attacking Poland (on the start date,) which caused Britain and France to declare war on the 3rd. After the Treaty of Versailles, Hitler was not fond of the the results and Germany's loss in land. Thus, Hitler rearmed the country for territorial expansion. They quickly defeated France and began air wars in various countries, resulting in the Nazi party controlling much of Europe.

The Nazi party antagonized Jews as their source of lack of wellbeing, resulting in concentration camps during the Holocaust.
