The Boston Massacre was an angry confrontation between the British soldiers and the American colonists that occurred in 1770 in the state of Massachusetts. The colonists were upset over a series of new acts that had been passed by the British parliament and eventually as tensions grew, they began to fight. This fight had eventually ended, with the British found as not guilty for the occurrence of this brawl. This event influenced the later American Revolution, Boston Tea Party, and had made the British unpopular in America.
