Brown v. Board of Education (9 dic 1952 anni – 17 magg 1954 anni)
Descrizione:
Brown v Board of Education was a Supreme Court case that was a landmark case for the Civil Rights movement and caused change that would bring attention to the injustices and problems in society. This case went on for months, but by the end the Court decided that the idea of “separate but equal” was unconstitutional and this began the desegregation of schools in the South. While it was a slow process, this has made major changes in America that we still see today.
