Also known as Al-Aqsa Intifadah was a major Palestinian uprising following the lack of peace and oppression served at the hands of the Israel colonialists

At this time Palestinians understood peace could not be achieved as Yasser Arafat came up empty at a second Camp David meeting with no peace talks finalised.

Hamaas and the Palestinian people took matters into their own hands and revolted against the occupying forces in major cities such as Jerusalem.

This revolution was worse than the last with an approximate of 3000 Palestinians killed

This is when a paradigm shift occurs and Israel cracks down on the Palestinians creating walls, borders and a multitude of checkpoints to keep the Palestinian population in line.
