He was voted by the newly created Supreme Council of the Haddakuist Socialists to be the Supreme Leader of the Haddakuist Socialist Republics (Also known as the High Chairman of the First Party). Tisvieq was shot by a Kisan nationalist in 1939 due to the forced starvation of the Kisan people for the political gain for Tisvieq being able to place his supporters in power there.
