This was a battle between Germany and the Soviet Union. The Soviets started the battle by attacking along the oder river. They quickly defeated German forces outside the city and advanced into the city. The soviets won the battle, and the result was the current of the german army and the death of hitler (by suicide). It was a huge victory for the soviet union and the allies.
