Jeroboam was the son of Jehoash. He reigned for 41 years.
He was evil and served idols like all his fathers.
"And he [Jeroboam] did what was evil in the sight of the Lord. He did not depart from all the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, which he made Israel to sin." (2 Kings 14:24)
