Visually confused and spectacular with this. Wild, modern building on top of the old port house. The Newport house Is connected in the center of the old Pour House and out on the side Zaha Hadid Is the visionary for this project the bulding was built in 2016. The context really understand about this is the form. The new buildings almost like an abstract futuristic boat and clashes with that old style building on the bottom. And this is the second largest port in Europe. It is most likely making a statement in this context to visually show what this is. This shows really good understanding of. Renovation outside of the box. It's not part of the building. It's on top.
