Originally proposed after the 4th Hells War by Pastoba but it was completely ignored by the major powers of the continent. However, it was reproposed by the Greater Fevak Commonwealth after the First Merrician War and it was later formed by the GFC, Grossya, and Nuomdeim. This alliance was called the Council of Yueroki and was pivotal to the fall of Oipienta during the 5th Hells War. This alliance was later dissolved after the fall of the GFC but the name of the Council of Yueroki went from being entirely fascist to being of a mixed ideological makeup led by Oipienta by 1970. Grossya left the Council after the War of the Black and Red and founded the International Fascist Alliance of Yueroki with Turroviq and Mecerek.
