Descrizione:

Illegal manipulation of building contracts that people involved benefitted from. Credit Mobilier was a part of a complex arrangement where a few men contracted with themselves for the construction of the union pacific railroad. The manipulators reaped enormous profits but impoverished the railroad in the process.
