Early morning on September 5th a group of Palestinian terrorists storm into the village Olympic apartments of the Israeli athletes. Killing two students and taking nine in as hostages. The terrorists were apart of a group known as the "Black September". In return for the hostages they demanded that Israel release over 230 Arab prisoners being held in Israeli jails. they held a memorial the next day for the athletes that died. After the memorial the Olympic Committee President ordered that the game go on to show that the terrorist hadn't won.
