Mlk was the main leadder in the fight for equal rights he fought for a long time but was sadly shot in the head and killed on april 4th 1968 during his life he went to jail and had written a letter that had became famous it was about he said he would want nonviolent protest against racial segregation after this he would give a speech called "i have a dream" this was the end of the fight he won after this and segregation would become illigal
