WHAT WAS ADDED IN PATCH?
In late October 1987, Freddy Fazbear's Pizza reopens grandly. The plan for the restaurant is to repair the old location's mascots and retrofit them with new technology (but not clean them). Unfortunately, they are too ugly and smelly, from the two-year-old bodies, which were likely found. Though the specifics are unknown, the bodies were for sure removed by now.
As a result, the Fazbear Entertainment, Inc. decided to go in a new super kid-friendly direction, while the old animatronics are used for parts. Using something borrowed from them to make something new does not make much sense, especially when you look at what they took.
The new building has a modern design to it, so there is only one door in the entire building, ambiguously located in Parts/Service [E14]. They don't pretend the kitchen exists, it just doesn't.
At least there are lights for the two person sized ventilation ducts connected to the security office, which cannot run out of electricity. They really went all out on everything [62], but had no leftover budget for the holidays. The Halloween decor is merely a scooped out pumpkin and couple of string lights.
Fazbear Entertainment, Inc. spends a small fortune on the new toy animatronics too. Fitted with advanced mobility and facial recognition systems tied to a criminal database, they can spot a predator a mile away. They are still allowed to walk around during the day, as well as at night. Not from their motors locking up, but from the lack of a proper night mode, because the glitches from the older models carried over. When it's quiet, they think they are in the wrong room and go to look for the people, in this case, the security guard.
The new animatronics are actually based on Fazbear Entertainment, Inc. merchandise back from 1983, it is even in the name [63].
New animatronics means new endoskeletons, upgrading from the previous Endo-01 model to the newer Endo-02 version, which are not as cute, but more useful.
They bring back the Puppet, not as ugly and smelly compared to the other original animatronics [64].
Something about the quirky design of the building makes the animatronics roam in specific predetermined paths which all coincide at the office [65]. Even stranger, just the office lights will flicker when a mascot enters.
Toy Freddy is still Freddy- but shiny. The thing is, people don't UNDERSTAND Toy Freddy. He's a very reclusive and private animatronic. He spends his evenings curled up reading a good book. He doesn't like the limelight. So please be respectful of Toy Freddy. He's retired... [E15]
Retired to become a GAMER!
Well, that's what he will be doing. As for the present past, he immediately wanders off the show stage and into the game area, as excellent foreshadowing. He goes down the main hallway to eventually lean into the office, before returning to the show stage faster than he should be able to.
Different from something old, Toy Bonnie has changed color to something blue. He used to have a copyrighted guitar, but not anymore... [A5]. To differentiate himself from the original, Toy Bonnie favors the right side, as his favorite.
However, the layout makes sticking to one side impossible, so his first stop is Party Room 3 where he holds his guitar [A5]. He ditches the guitar [A5] and climbs to stare into Party Room 4's camera. After blinking, he walks into Party Room 2, slips on the wet floor and into the right air vent, sliding around the office for whoever made him lose the initial staring contest. He may also engage in another staring contest with the right air vent camera, but is filled with determination and won't budge until he wins. He then returns to Party Room 3 for his guitar [A5].
Toy Chica's new motto is “Let's Party!” though her new cupcake is just a toy, without the original's functionality. The ONLY notable feature is her removable beak, which may not even be significant anymore [E6]. She removes the beak when activating at night to signal her transition into an "attack mode" [66]. She goes from the main hall to the other main hallway, dismissing the idea of setting foot in Party Room 4. Like those before her, she prefers the left half and takes the long way through Party Room 1's left air vent to the office. Once in the inbetween blindspot, 5.14 minutes (6 seconds) of being ignored will force her entrance. Else, she will backtrack to the main hallway to re-backtrack the same route.
Foxy is redesigned as Funtime Foxy [67], put into Kid's Cove for the toddlers. They thought he was too scary and programmed surprisingly good paddleball skills, but kept a hook anyway. While the color change for Toy Bonnie caused some minor confusion, this was a whole other level of ambiguous confusion. Alas, it wasn't meant to last, as kids can be so cruel… [68]
Kids cannot keep their hands to themselves these days, constantly tearing her apart. The staff put them back together after every shift, but tire of it after less than a week, and stop trying altogether, instead creating a “take apart and put back together” attraction [69].
REDUCTION FROM HERE.
Extra endoskeleton limbs are also added to help replace the parts that go missing. Meanwhile, annoying static is emitted 24/7 in a one room radius [70]. Now, they just call it “The Mangle”.
As for actual behavior, "The Mangle" starts on the floor of Kid's Cove with an extra eyeball, with a static shape at this point in time. The eye is gone upon moving to the prize corner, but gives it a sixth (fifth?) sense for when actively observed on camera, not moving until it knows it's over. Photoshopped in nearly everywhere, it can be in the same room at the same time with other animatronics. From the prize counter, it crawls into the game area and out to the main hall, through to the main hallway. It will enter party room 1, do nothing, then leave to use the right air vent in party room 2. Unlike most animatronics who breifly disappear before jumping people, it hangs out on the ceiling, every 51 seconds (1 second) with a 1/20 chance to make some random sounds. That or a 1/20 chance every 51 seconds (1 second) while in the cameras to swing down for a quick bite. Otherwise, another loop is started in the main hallway.
STOCK SOUND EFFECTS
At the last minute, a boy with a balloon is added to the roster, known as Balloon "BB" Boy, though his sign his false advertising. saying, "Balloons". He does not gel with the aesthetic, but he is undoubtedly everyone's favorite!
Too pathetically weak to ever commit assault, he simply takes batteries and uses a light button disabling trick for literally no reason. Other than that, he teleports and likes to laugh at people, but he has the unique ability to speak two prerecorded words, "Hi" and "Hello".
Relegated to the game area, his speech signal his movements. Teleporting away at first sound, before his third noise manifests him within the left air vent. One more peep out of him has him peeping into the office. Despite having free access to the buttons, he will only disable all the lights if there is someone to make fun of for not paying enough attention. Having nobody to bully will make him reappear at the game area all over again.
Because one wasn't enough, JJ exists as a recolored BB, just liveing under the office desk as a hobo hallucination. Her theoretical specialty is in disabling door buttons only, but there are none and she is not really real either.
The only original old character here is the Puppet, who went from establishment security to Prize Counter animatronic [71]. He still has his Magic Puppet Box to curl up into, in the Prize Corner of the Prize Counter. It is always thinking and can go anywhere [72], so it would never be unaware of say, a disguise.
The Puppet can seemingly do it all when it comes to getting from place to place. He can wibbly walk, fake float using (almost invisible) ceiling strings, and real float from the power of being possessed by Charlie. He can invisibly teleport too, with only a 1/50 chance for hallucinations to reveal himself in lightless static.
He is a broad connoisseur of music, staying to listen to almost anything.
HOW BOX WORK?: start at 2,000. Every 5 centiseconds, subtract unique value.
Night 1's unique value is 2.
If multiply by 20, for night 1 example: Every second, subtract 40. So it will take 50 seconds to end at 0. (So both documents are accurate)
Night 2 value: 2, so 42.85 minutes (50 seconds) total.
Night 3 value: 3 (4 in demo), total 28.56 minutes (33.33 seconds).
Night 4: 4, total of 21.42 minutes (25 seconds)
5: 5, 17.14 minutes (20) total
6/7: 6, 14.28 minutes (16.67 seconds)
MORE?
At some point in time, a random Endo-02 just kind of pops up by the Prize Counter. The Puppet must be doing something to keep him in check, since he is more likely to escape and achieve his ultimate dream of making it to the left air vent [73], whenever the Puppet leaves house. Interestingly enough, the animatronics make no attempt to stuff him into a suit, it is almost as if they might have been lying, but they would never do that, right? [A6]
The other older models should not be able to walk around, but they can and are essentially unchanged in their habits, despite the damages. No lock on the door really does not help either, children/criminals [74] could easily wander back into the single employee only area too. Unfortunately, nobody realizes they come to life at night too, since animatronics always return to the exact same spot upon the clock turning to 6 A.M. and guards rarely bring up any concerns. They were retrofitted with newer designs, before being replaced, so their withered states are different in yet another way from their original selves.
All three main band members get so starstruck when on camera, they'll come to a standstill until the selected camera switches.
Withered Freddy is in relatively nice shape to be called withered, scrapped anyway because we needed one more. Once in the main hall outside Parts/Service, he makes his way to party room 3 to stare at the camera. He goes down the main hallway into the office, and then immediately returns to lie down in Parts/Service again.
Withered Bonnie lost an arm and a face, but other than that he is completely fine. He's got some beef with Withered Chica, since she won't look into his eye! He knocks her over every single time he ever gets up to leave for the main hall and main hallway. He makes his way through the left air vent after stopping in party room 1, Unlike their toy counterparts, the withered animatronics do not even stop in the entrances to the office, barging right in. His path then recycles starting from the main hallway once more.
Withered Chica's main getup is the loss of both her hands, as well as her messed up jaw. She fights back against Withered Bonnie by asserting her dominance via t-pose whenever possible. She moves out of Parts/Service, and into party room 4, then party room 2, as the only character to truly stick to only their side of the establishment. After passing from the right air vent to the office, she repeats by returning to party room 4.
Withered Foxy is still Foxy- but more YAAARG! though he did lose the eyepatch. In the obscure corner of Parts/Service, he goes straight to the main hallway to prepare for an attack and won't even enter the office.
Not used to bright lights as much without an eyepatch, shining a light into his face will actively repel him by causing Foxy.EXE to stop working and reset him back to Parts/Service.
Withered Golden Freddy is probably in suit mode, if even really physically present, because he teleports into the office on the rare occasion when he feels like it. He can also casually transform into a giant floating head at will. Don't you just hate it when that happens to you? I know right, and he feels exactly the same way, so don't put the attention on him by shining the flashlight.
After looking at all these paths, it becomes very clear the security office is not secure, while nearly all the animatronics just completely ignore the other half of the restaurant. So why not move? Well, the office comes with its very own functional poster, which has a honkable Toy Freddy nose, making the risk worth it. Unbeknownst to anyone, actually holding the nose, while pressing CD and + on the number pad will allow for immediate time travel. The same applies in a meta sense for CD1 and CD2 too.
Some general things to note about the animatronics include how courteous each band is. The Chicas will only leave after their Bonnie is gone, and Freddy will go when finally alone. To travel around without using up the animation budget, if any of them do happen to move while a camera is on, the connection will be momentarily terminated, until the interruption ends.
If anyone is waiting inside the office, but someone is busy on their phone, they will only give up to an interval of 8.57 minutes (10 seconds) for them to put it down, or else they will force it down to put them down.
Due to the transfer of glitches, it means shining a light at almost any given animatronic will stun them and temporarily prevent further movement. Using the lights through the cameras on any of the main three withered animatronics, main toy animatronics, including "The Mangle", or the Puppet will halt them for up until 5.71 minutes (6.67 seconds) after it becomes dark again. However, they cannot be stopped before even being activated, as such, the main withered characters in Parts/Service, and the toys on the show stage cannot be stunned respectively. While "The Mangle" will be prevented from leaving Kid's Cove in this manner, it is only immune to the light when passing through the prize corner. The Puppet is absolutely superpowered in this regard, since this does work fine at keeping him in the prize counter, but he only gets stunned for 8.74 seconds (0.17 seconds) once he leaves the prize corner.
In terms of outside the cameras, anyone moving in the main hallway will magically prevent the flashlight from working, but it also works the other way, and nobody will ever move in the main hallway should the flashlight be turned on. Somehow, the light is less powerful inperson, only stunning Withered Foxy for 42.68 seconds (0.83 seconds) afterward, and everyone else for just 34.45 seconds (0.67 seconds).
With all this overnight chaos, a vague ad is put in the paper for night watchmen, which does not state the position they are hiring.
The hirees could potentially purchase a Survival Kit for $4.99, with cool tools like a radar, but people are not exactly working here if they have cash to spare [A6].
It should be no surprise there is a chance for various paranormal activity to occur. Things like the lifeless head of Withered Foxy appearing for 8.57 minutes (10 seconds) of nothingness [A7].
On the small off chance someone were to die, they may also witness the lifeless head of Toy Bonnie, in the exact same way. The Puppet also has ODDS to force the dead person to play video games about other past deaths.
Unofficially, “Shadow (Toy) Bonnie”, his name is RWQFSFASXC, with a one in a million chance to appear in the office, as a manifestation of Remnant or Shadow Remnant or Agony [75].
RWQFSFASXC is self-conscious about how close he looks to Toy Bonnie, but black "SCOTT QUOTE WORDING". Staring at him, without taking any evasive action, makes him embarrassed as the easiest character in the franchise to model. Add on the self-esteem issues from being retroactively added in a patch, and the fact nobody will SAY HIS NAME!, it is no wonder RWQFASFASXC will crash the game of life after only 3.42 minutes (4 seconds).
Part of a skull, identified as Mike, may or may not exist [E16].
