Descrizione:

Nearly all of the dates historians use as the start of the Modern Era are in the 20th century. Whether it's 1914 because of WW1, 1917 because of the Russian Revolution, or even 1945 because of WW2. Some, like Eric Hobsbawm however, might say it is before the 20th century. Ultimately, 1900 is a simple date that portrays the transition of eras in a simplistic fashion.
