The Indus Valley Civilization was a Bronze Age civilization that flourished in South Asia's northeastern areas. The first reliable system of standardised weights and measures was devised by the Indus River Valley Civilization, also known as Harappan civilization. Materials such as terracotta, metal, and stone were used to make art, seals, ceramics, and jewellery by the Harappans.
