While the Roman Empire was gaining more and more land by the year, Octavian, who was Julius Caesar's Heir, was gaining more control to the point where the Roman Senate granted him the title of August ("Majestic" in Latin) Caesar, which made him the first Roman Emperor, which thus lead to thing like:
- Political Stability
- Financial Prosperity
- Increased Infrastructure
- More Territorial Growth (Pax Romana)
- This was the 3rd & final "paver" to allow for the spread of Christian Judaism
