 During this time, many more companies were formed which resulted in sales techniques becoming more competitive. From the Production Orientation Era, mass production was now stable and normal. Consumers were now attentive to advertisements and promotions to encourage people to purchase different products. Companies would create advertisements from using the radio, print, and the incredibly popular television at this time to further promote products so their company was successful. To summarize, this was a time where companies and organizations relied purely on promotion strategies to sell products.
