詹姆斯三世（James III of Scotland，1452年7月10日－1488年），蘇格蘭斯圖亞特王朝第五任君主，詹姆斯二世之子，1460年至1488年在位。詹姆斯在其父戰死於英格蘭羅克斯堡城下之後即位，1469年親政，一生致力於與反叛的貴族們作戰。1488年，在斯特靈附近戰死。
