The Yerok Recession was caused primarily by the purchases of Emperor Yerok. The semi-slow fall of the economy created more migrations of low class farmers into cities looking for jobs. However, due to the strict caste laws in Javicia, these farmers were treated horribly and caused a dramatic population decline in some urban centers.
